I have been working out with Andrew for almost a year. I credit him for keeping me injury free while helping me get stronger and fit.I am a 50 year old female who had chronic knee pain and was unable to play with me children without getting fatigued. Since working out with Andrew my knee pain has completely resolved and I no longer struggle with keeping up with my kids. I have lost 20 lbs and I feel great. I had been working out at the gym and was seeing little results and the knee pain seemed to worsen. It wasn’t until I made the decision to work with a personal trainer that I started to see and feel results. I honestly don’t think I could have accomplished my goals without Andrew. Andrew always comes to our sessions with a plan in mind but is open to modifications. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and was paramount in teaching me good form that has helped improve my workouts and reduce pain.
