I have been working out with Andrew for almost a year. I credit him for keeping me injury free while helping me get stronger and fit.I am a 50 year old female who had chronic knee pain and was unable to play with me children without getting fatigued. Since working out with Andrew my knee pain has completely resolved and I no longer struggle with keeping up with my kids. I have lost 20 lbs and I feel great.
