I grew up a overweight until late high school.After falling in love with soccer and as a result falling in love with health and fitness I was blown away by how good I felt on a moment to moment basis and how much health added to my life. I know spend my time chasing health and looking for ways to help people make changes that allow them to live their lives in a more vibrant way.
I finished my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2011 and my certification as an Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine in 2012.
What Makes Me Different?
When you train with me I will keep focus on who you can be and creating steps to get there. I look at not only what changes you want to make but why, how, and what is keeping you from achieving those goals. By taking a holistic approach to health I mean that everything truly has to do with everything in some way. I take pride in helping you put all the pieces together so that you go to bed each night and find comfort knowing your health and fitness is moving in the right direction. The goal of training with me is to create an honest environment where you can really dig into how to create real long lasting change that gives you a body that is made for the life you want to live.
